Founded in Fredericksburg, Virginia, currently based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, EMRCS was established in 2002. EMRCS was founded for the purpose of providing Health Information Management Services, specifically Release of Information to local, independent clinics and physician offices. Since 2002, EMRCS has expanded its services to larger Physician practices, Clinical systems and Hospitals. In 2012 EMRCS partnered with RecordQuest to bring the most innovative Healthcare Technology to its clients across the country. EMRCS believes in providing large scale professional services to the client with a personal touch.
Erika Howard, RHIA, CHPS, CHTS-IS, President/Founder
Erika is a credentialed Health Information Management (HIM) professional holding the distinctions of RHIA, CHPS and CHTS-IS certifications and has a substantial background in the HIM industry including more than 20 years experience specializing in Release of Information, Healthcare Privacy and Security and EMR Implementation Support. Erika has a BS Degree in Health Information Management from the University of WI – Milwaukee and resides in Milwaukee, WI.
